No-Show & Cancellation

(For package bookings over 6 hours)

Unlimited free cancellation and reschedule available up to one day prior to any scheduled session.

Same-day reschedule and cancellation limitedly available upon request, and at the discretion of the service provider:

3 hours or less notifications prior to the session will be considered as a no-show.

No-Show:
In case of a no-show, the first time is counted as an emergency pass. The cost of cancellation will be fully borne by the service provider. No charge.
The second time is a grace pass, 50% borne by the service provider, 50% of the booked time counted as used balance of the booker's package.
Third time onwards, full session duration will be counted as used balance.

In the event of no-notification, notification 30 minutes or less prior to the session, or failure to show up to the session up to 15 minutes into the session time, the session will be cancelled, 15 minutes will be counted as used balance, first time. Also, emergency pass or grace pass will be considered used. If emergency and grace passes were already used then the 3rd time rule applies + 15 min cancellation fine.

In case of no-notification recurrence, full session duration will count as used balance, and first event will no longer be exempt, and will count fully as used balance.

Inactive Accounts

Booked hours have no expiry date. You are free to use your booked hours for as long as you need. Hours only expire in the occasion of a participant’s account being completely inactive for a long period of time without any coordination.

You are free to pause your sessions at any point and coordinate a resume date with your coach. You can also request to transfer your hours to a friend if you wish.

Make sure to ask for the most up to date policy for Inactive Accounts at the time of your booking.

Transferring Hours

Transferring hours to a friend:
Transfer is hour-based
It is recommended to transfer hours as per their category/sub-category
In case of a transfer where the category of the hours doesn’t match the category intended for the recipient’s use, the recipient will be able to use the hours only in their original category or any other category that does not exceed it in monetary value. 
Transferring to a friend who is an existing client of The Human Within:

Recipient’s acceptance of transfer is required to complete the transfer
Transferring to a friend who is new to The Human Within: 

Requirement: 
Free discovery/assessment call
A minimum direct personal investment from the recipient/new client’s side of 2 hours, before they can start receiving transfers

The Credit Container

Transferring hours to The Credit Container (TCC) is a way of contributing to the wellbeing of fellow humans on the path, or those who are looking to step onto the path of self healing and actualization, of detangling themselves from what’s holding them back from bringing he best version of themselves to life, to help, in their turn, those in their circles, and humanity at large, in ripple effect. 

The Credit Container is not a free coaching program. It is a subsidization program that still requires the person’s direct investment, to ensure their commitment to the path. This program brings together contributions from the community contributors, as well as The Human Within direct contribution. For every hour contributed by the community to The Credit Container, 1 hour will be contributed by The Human Within. 

Refund

Full refund is available within 48 hours of booking for packages.
Full refund is available within 24 hours of booking for individual sessions. If the scheduled session was within 24 hours or less of the booking, no-show and cancellation policy applies.
